Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Application specialist to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Own and manage issues related to a specific payroll system, taking personal responsibility and embracing professional development.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address various IT issues based on your skills and background.
• Undertake independent, varied work with numerous contact points, emphasizing collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous development.
• User administration, support, troubleshooting, implementation, and changes in collaboration with the IT team.
• Handle application-related matters from customers.
• Contribute to the RPA team, working with robots.
• Execute migration projects and plan tests for new releases.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Engage in customer contacts.

What You Bring:

• Relevant IT education and experience in problem management, with a focus on cooperation, drive, forward-thinking, and flexibility.
• Previous experience with similar systems, preferably as a system administrator.
• Technical knowledge, interest in systems, and a knack for solving technical challenges.
• Proficiency in SQL and IIS, with a background in robotization and improvement work.
• Experience in digitization and automation.
• Understanding of finance-related issues or previous work in economics/finance (a plus).
• Knowledge of systems like Hogia (an advantage).
• Effective communication in both Swedish and English.
• Independence, attention to detail, stress resistance, responsiveness, and educational skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 30,000.00kr - 60,000.00kr per month
